If its within elites lore and history. Why not? Raise much needed revenue. But l doubt enough folks know about the elite series.

Almost zero chance. Frontier wouldn't let just anyone use the rights so no indy productions, no serious production house would want those rights because Elite just isn't well known enough.

Star Cit will probably get one since its a "spiritual" successor to the WC series but then again the game is still in Alpha so teh movie might never see the light of day...stuck in post production tweaking every scene for years on end...

A SC movie is more likely than an SC game. CR really wants to make movies, not games, and now that people have given him unlimited funding and apparently don't care what he does with it....

I would just like to say that I'm one of the three people who actually enjoyed the Wing Commander movie.
