Will Time pledged reset for 3.0?

I've no reason to think it would be reset, It wasn't reset for 2.1, 2.2 or 2.3. Yes I know it was reset for 2.4, but that update was a special case and only de-pledged players with 0 merits. The reason for the depledging of inactive players in 2.4 was the introduction of pilots federation bounties, and more specifically those being exempt from powerplay related pvp, so to prevent inactive players getting the impression they were getting griefed for no reason, it was decided to de-pledge all 0 merits players, to remain pledged all that had to be done was file one or more merits in the week before the launch date.
