If we have full dive VR would there still be people living in real life?
people living in vr is still living in real life. but what is real life?
everything you experience, feel and think is your brain constructing an hallucination from sensory inputs. it doesn't really matter where those inputs come from. we call that reality but it isn't. what you deem real is only what stuff looks like to your limited senses and the 'meaning' you attribute to that, you will never experience 'real reality', only representations, because the signals you get are only side-effects and there is (are?) a hell of a lot of signals the human body is oblivious to.
ask yourself this: what's real life to a deaf person? to a blind person? to a daltonic? to an unconscious person? to a drunk person? to a penguin? i could go on and on!
i'm obviously just messing around the commonly misused concept of reality

if you mean if everybody will wear goggles or implants or be attached to any borg we construct ... well, i guess probably only those who qualify, i.e., can afford them.
