When completing trade or other types of wing missions I think it would be good if I could make use of the hired crew or hire npcs to take along as part of the wing. They could use my spare engineered ships or have access to their own grades of ships for differing costs. They could be cast as traders or combat pilots depending on what role you need them to play. Also a semi autonomous thing like kenways fleet from ac black flag would be amazing. Also I think that trade mission payouts need to be more player level specific, a new player does not require massive payouts, unlike me with a 60 million rebuy.

If we could hire an NPC wingmate... OHHHHHH that would be epic, could you imagine hiring 3 elite engineered anacondas to follow your cutter around. each of them launching a fighter as well as you. you would have effectively 8 ships flying around.
Now that i think of it, if we get this. It better be by the hour and VERY expensive.
