Workshop items I didn't mean to post... help?

So sometimes I place down items from the workshop, and save them as my own new blueprint with a different name, making it easier to find later. But I never mean to post these items on the workshop. That would appear as if I'm claiming other people's creations are my own.

Yet somehow, I'm managed to do this without realizing it.

Does anyone have an idea of how this keeps happening? It's certainly not happening with most of the items I blueprint like this. (Thank goodness, there are so many.) Also, can I delete these items from the workshop without deleting them from my blueprints library in-game? Much appreciated!

EDIT: Ok I can label these items under "hidden" which is good. Questions are still relevant though.

You can hide them or make them unlisted.

Don't know what happens if you delete - does it remove it from the workshop or removes it from your game.

Thanks, just discovered that a second ago, was a big relief! Yeah I'm still iffy on deleting them entirely. Could test it out with one I don't use anymore.
