Would it Just need 2 New Skin variants for our Aviary Drone and ROV underwaterdrone to make them 2 Seater Rangervehicle or Tourattractions ?

Hi, Our Drones of JWE II are quite big and have the size of small 1/2 Seater vehicles.
So I would ask if someone of You would also like the idea to use this vehicles as Base with its gamemechanic/hitboxes to give them Smal matching Skins to have FPV vehicles for Aviary and Lagoon ?
What´s your Opinion ?

Here ar some Real existing vehicles that could show how the JWE II designs could f.e. look like .

Something Like The Amphibius Vehicles in the Next Pictures could be used as 2. Skinvariant for the Gyrospheres to use them in Enclosures with swamps etc. and as Vaiant of the Gyros for the JP timeline ;) !
The JWEII version would of course need some Speric closed Cockpit for 2-4 Persons for safey reasons.

If there is a tour ride version for the lagoons; it is viable for Archelon and ichthyosaurs.

Other than the Gyrosphere for the pterosaurs, I do not recommend for the other land piscivore species. Suchomimus and Baryonyx attack humans either hunting for food or fighting for their territory. The most dangerous of all is the iconic Spinosaurus.

Please Edit this so that not all species are listed above each other, it makes the whole thread hard to read and takes maximum place for no reason.
In which Enclosoures the parkbuilders want to use new Attractions and Vehicles is their subjective personal descission ;) !

I tried to condense the security requirement listing.

Security requirement is important when determining what kind of viewing attraction for certain species.

Large carnivores automatically destroy park tour cars and Jurassic Tour vehicles like they would do to Safari Adventure's land cruisers in Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis.

I'd like to see something new for the Jurassic Park Era as drones weren't exactly a practical thing like they are today back pre-2001.
Seeing drones from the 2020's in a game based in 1993 just looks dumb to me lmao

Definitely need more skins for them, new colours would be nice.

I´m rc Pilot since 1988 and the first RC Quadcopters (Drones) were flown around 1993 ....but the semiprofessional drones caem on the mrket with fpv cams etc. around 2000-2003 .
from 1990 - 2000 Coaxial RC Helis where used with cams , since this kind of Helicopter is realtive easy to fly and without much wind they fly pretty stable to make fotos etc. without need of complex electronic flightcontrollers. Coaxial helis have two equaly size rotors above each other which rotate in oposite directions.
So I think you´re right and for the JP timeline in fact an small singleseater Coaxial Helicopter would be much more realistic than an Quadcopter, ....that´s true.
In the following pictures are some Coaxial Helis...

Does really nobody want more of the Vehicles that were onscreen in JP / JW movies ?
Scan_Pic0010.jpg
The problem is not that we don’t want them, the problem is how would they plausibly work for their intended roles?

The motorcycle, quadbike annd submarine are seemingly to be used as alternative vehicles for the Ranger teams (similar to the vehicles based on the Jeep Wrangler and Mercedes G-Class). But how would they work?

They can only comfortably carry one person, the driver. The ranger who would normally carry the dinosaur welfare scanner, wouldn’t be able to fit on the back and move around.

The submarine from Fallen Kingdom, is a different issue. It’s a vehicle that could work very well for its intended role, and would allow for exciting gameplay opportunities, such as trying to perform a manual welfare check on the more aggressive and dangerous marine reptiles.

However with the game as it currently is, there’s little to no reason to add, what is essentially, a worse version of the ranger drones.

As for the The Lost World's RV mobile lab, it’s a very nice looking and very interesting vehicle, but again, how would it plausibly work in the game?

Its most iconic and unique element, that it’s an articulated vehicle, is its biggest weakness.
I do 100%, vehicles are a huge part of the Jurassic franchise and they just glossed over them in JWE2 with cheap knock-off versions of real car models (Jurassic Park Jeep YJ) or just made them non-existent...
Unfortunately there’s very little done that can be about the knock-off versions of the real car models, as vehicle manufacturers don’t like giving their license to video games in which their cars can be destroyed.

Not to be funny though they were fine with it for the first game, what makes JWE2 an exception? Not to mention the vehicle destruction physics are worse in the 2nd game haha

1. ) The Driver of the Quad,Motorcycle, 1 Seater vtol Drone and Submarine ( 1 or 2 Seater) can do the work of the Ranger too! Bike/ Quad must stand while he uses the Rifle or scanner etc. that´s the disatvantage of the Smaller 1 seater ranger-vehicles, but they have some other advantages like more speed and agility and can climb better on hills etc.
That´s the reason They would give new options for Gameplay .
2.) Submarines like that of FK and other 2-5 seater Submarines with big viewing spheres would in fact give us complet new views and options for interaction between Lagoon animals and Rangers/ Visitors.
3.) Skinvarinants for Underwaterdrone ( ROV) and Aviarydrone as 1-2 Seater Rangervehicles would just be more realistic for 1993 Timeline of JP , because back in this years there where small Coaxial helicopters and Submarines allready in use for rangers and filmcrews etc. but there where no full atomatic drones or ROV´s !!!
So for the tasks of the JW Aviary drone and the JW ROV in 1993 there would have simply the best and most realistic option to have single seater vehicles to do the work ;) !
PS ... our ROV has still in 2023 something that´s not possible in real live ,..... fpv video signals can´t travel more than a view centimetres in water !!!.... So if no person is on board to drive it, the drone would need at least an tether to a boje from where the 2,4ghz or 5,8 ghz video FPV signal can be transmitted !
For the JW timeline the 1-2 Seater skins for the Quadcopter aviary drone and the Submarine would make a lot of sence as Attractions in the aviarys/lagoons and for transport.

4.) The Lost Worlds RV Mobile Lab could work like the trucks, or just be an placeable object.

1). Quadbikes/Motorcycles can work the exact same way the Jeeps did in the first game. In the first game you couldn't use any secondary functions whilst driving the vehicle itself so each time you were about to use the flares for example the vehicle stops. This would be the same case for the Quads and Motorcycles. They're built for easy accessibility, speed and agility (Great for busy/built up crowded areas like the Jurassic World Main Street), however have low health (Possibility to add a new vehicle death animation like they did with the Pterosaurs attacking the Helicopters) and require to stop to do certain things like I said above.

2). The Mobile RV can be used exactly as the same way as the backup generator does. The vehicle can be used as a VERY basic base of operations for research up to a certain level or maybe even be upgraded to work as a nearly fully functional research centre. With this we could also have a built in module to accompany this with lets say the motorcycle this can be a cheap and easy way to start off a park or to make things a little more interesting in the long run.
During an event of an emergency or low power crisis the RV can use up fuel the same way as the generator does to provide the Park with basic functions. Like I said above, research, Ranger Quad/Motorcycle, 2 staff member slots, etc...

I've been asking for new buildings since day one because I miss some of the convenience of the smaller and much more diverse looking amenities, Ranger stations, etc from the first game. Like we don't need more than 2 Helicopters usually on a map so it would be nice to let us have a Ranger station that either only accompanies Land vehicles or a Helicopter.

We also need more vehicle décor, just static or abandoned vehicles would make a big impact to the game because yeh, we got the Dinosaurs but half the time it doesn't feel like a Jurassic title because of all the corners they cut from Evolution 1. Just play the first game and you'll see what I mean... The atmosphere is lacking by comparison.

I Agree 100% with you that more abandoned vehicles like the wreeked jeep of Denis Nedry and crashed heli like Masranis , or Plane wreck of JP III would be soo cool looking as decorationss ;) !
The first step in this direction could be to give us all 100% destroyed skins and the 100% ok skins for all our Tour and ranger vehicles as Placeable objects ;) !!!

For our shallow water in the Enclosures the Tourtrucks or jeeps Could get a Amphicar-skin ,.... so that this new Tours could have path in the Water;) !
Wouldn´t that be cool for the Game ?
