I've tried to post to the issue tracker with no luck (says not "available at the moment" or something to that effect), hopefully it can be forwarded.
When going to the "Park Management" screen, pressing the X button brings up the time controls for the game (you can see at the bottom of the screen).
The issue is that the X button is also mapped to "Apply" under "park management" for when you want to accept the change in value of how much money you would like to use for research or a loan per month. You are unable to do so because the X button takes presidence for the park's time control.
I'm unsure how I missed this (I thought I've used the option before), unless another patch "broke" it somehow?
