X commodities in Piracy

Hi I have started collecting some of the guardian weapons and i have seen alot of post about this stuff but never find anything about us pirates . Im looking for "Articulation Motors" for [Turreted] Guardian Weapon, my question is where are the dam fat ships that carry this???? What would be the criteria's for this particular commodity to spawn in a system cargo ships . Thanks!

Articulation Motors are mission-only, so they're probably very rarely carried. *Maybe* more likely in non-production systems - Tourism/Colony/Service - where there aren't other goods to get in the way.
