So I purchased a X52 Pro for Elite on the 17th of December and this morning when I logged into Elite I immediately started having problems. My throttle refuses to stay at Zero and is now clicking at certain points when coming off of max throttle. Anyone know how I may fix this?

You mean the hardware is clicking I assume? If so it sounds like the detents may be broken. Easily fixed if so, google x52 remove detents.
Send it back for replacement. You have a displaced spring inside the detent nub, you can pull it out but as it's new just get a new one.
