X52 PRO Profile

Hello esteemed. Can any kind soul help me set up the HOTAS x52 Pro in its 3 modes? Does anyone have a profile made for Elite Dangerous and can share with us?
There is a problem with the mini mouse set up in Elite, anyone managed to solve it?

I use the current drivers on the Logitech website for information.

Thank you very much.

The two software - x52 profiler & ED - work together. many bindings should be left to the in-game system, while some must be done with the external software
I have something specific for the modes :3(green) landing, 2(amber) flight, 1(red) combat, it simply sets some defaults for landing gear, power balance, hardpoints, borrowed mostly from reganheath Mal Reynolds (6th Interstellar Corps) - the link has plenty of detail

For the mouse I use bands to provide key presses and turn it into a 4-way hat for manuvering thrust : bands: 0-33, 33-67, 67-100 X-axis keys: A, D Y-axis keys: R, F

The software overrides the inputs. The game takes whatever inputs it receives.

Only if you don't have the Windoze game controller properties open when you play. If it is open then macros you create in the X52 Pro s/ware will not be passed to Elite.

I have my X52 Pro s/ware set up to send, mostly, keystrokes instead of button pushes. That way I can send different keystrokes using the same button but in different X52 Pro modes. Changing the X52 Pro mode also sends a k/stroke to change from Elite's Combat mode to Analysis mode.
Unfortunately I have a non-standard bindings setup so you would have to learn my bindings.

My mini mouse worked until it started drifting (outside of the game as well) so I have reduced the sensistivity to zero so it does not effect anything.

This is my setup. I use the mouse nub for headlook. Not managed to get it to act as anything other than a mouse (I think I read that it is not possible to use as buttons)

It is possible but because the nub is sprung it will return to the centre when you let it go. I use the slider, an analogue input, as a secondary FA on/off switch. I am sure you could use the mouse nub in a similar way.
