Hardware & Technical X65f/X55/X52 Analogue nub... Cant bind it as an axis in game?

The little mouse nub on the side of the throttles is capable of being bound as an analog input. I've seen it work, but for whatever reason I cant get it to bind. I'd really like a better source of lateral/vertical thruster control...

Any advice from the hardware forum?

I had to bind it by taking each one individually. I bound mine to the thrust, up down, left right. As I said, individually.

I couldn't bind mine either until I downloaded and installed the profile creation software.

It's name escapes me at the moment.
