You might want to reinstall the game.. It should install the latest version of the game.

Press both triggers + "select" (I believe it's called the "view" button now?) in the "my games and apps" screen. The selected game tile (or app) will then display an info box (or rather an "info stripe") including the version number. Current version is something like 1.5.107.6.
