Well yes. My PC is far over the recommended specs for Elite. Yet sometimes especially in ground conflict zones, i drop to 40 FPS while my hardware isn't fully utilized. Its a Elite Problem i guess.

Hmm, that might indicate that you're CPU-bound. What CPU have you paired with the 3060?

I had a Krait Phantom land banked 90 degrees that way once when I recalled it. It came to rest above ground, though.
