You have not purchased any games eligible for partner keys

I bought the game using a key

I have already verified that my steam and frontier accounts are linked but it is marked that I did not buy it when I go to "partner keys"

can anyone fix this?

Key from where? Humblebundle keys are just used in Steam. Partner keys are keys produced by Frontier to apply elsewhere - like Oculus, Steam etc.

Game CD-Keys from pre-April 2019 Steam purchases are redeemed at https://tools.elitedangerous.com/

So the question is - where did you buy Elite Dangerous from and when?

I have a friend who bought his key on instant gaming 2 days ago and it works very well but there was no more stock

If it was a key for the Frontier version then you have to enter the code at the link I gave you https://tools.elitedangerous.com/ :

Again, if it was a code redeemed in Steam then the link to the FAQ I gave in the other thread about "please purchase..." should fix your log-in issues:
