You have to click on the "Franchise" button in the main menu to get your 100 leaf credits.

First off I hate forced boot up game daily things because it turns the game into a chore and makes me eventually get annoyed and not want to play. However on top of that you won't get them if you just boot up the game and click Resume. It doesn't tell you this but you have to click "Franchise" every day when you have to boot up the game to get the credits.

I'll be honest I never use the resume button (because I don't always trust games to choose the right save file), so I've had no issues with this.

What does bother me however is that the daily log in is based on Frontier's timezone, which is roughly 4pm my time. That means if I'm already playing, I have to actively remember to back out at that time to get the CC. I wish it were based on our own timezones instead.
