From what I've seen, the Forge appears to use some relatively simple ways to dealing with atmospheres and temperatures, and water in particular seems to be a more potent greenhouse gas in the game than it should be. Maybe an extra zero was added as a typo. (Or maybe the Forge has been drinking.) That's how you can get runaway stuff like this. Of course, nobody said anything about this being a stable atmosphere...
