I'd respectfully suggest, to conserve power, using E. D is simply the lightest. For RES farming, I'd downgrade the sensors to D to save energy, swap the interdictor for a B class shield cell bank because there's nothing to interdict in the RES, and swap the chaff for a KWS for 30% bigger bounties. Also, turrets will get you into trouble shooting innocent ships in a RES.
I was only trying to help you based on my 1500 hours of RES farming experience. Do what works for you.
Thats ok bro, i get you....
Here is my logic...Been playing since 1.1 so i too have ressed much. I just hate jumping in and not seeing anything on my sensors the very instant i dive into a res.
Then wasting time (every minute counts for me as i only play 1hr a night now) going in the wrong direction when it's actually faster to press G a few times and i have my target...
you know what i mean bro? lol
Each to his own i suppose![]()
That's not quite what I meant. I was comparing them with A-class sensors. For me, D class sensors give the optimum balance between saving power and weight, whilst still giving adequate functionability. They reduce the weight of OP's ship by 3% and the power consumption also by 3%. Those savings are significant in combat. I think the power could be better used on a KWS than the sensors. OP doesn't have a KWS and he can't add one because he has insufficient power. That means he's missing out on 30% bonus on his bounties, which is a lot. Maybe he doesn't want all that free money, but other people need to know what all the options are if they want to maximise their earnings rate.I'd respectfully suggest, to conserve power, using E. D is simply the lightest.
Exactly this. Thanks.Na, he means that you need to have your priority 1 modules total under 50% of total power. If it exceeds 50% your entire ship shuts down if your powerplant is shot. That can only happen with your shields down, so you can move the booster and generator to 2, like this: http://coriolis.io/outfit/adder/23A3A3A1D2A3A3C0t121204006g40272725.AwRj4yyA.AwgsIkEZlGSA?bn=Hunter
Notice the 50% line in coriolis: in my setup its blue (=good), in yours its red (=not good).![]()
The Adder.
If I can pick which ship to kill first, I´ll always pick the Adder. And I don´t really know why. I just don´t like it. I shoud talk to my psychotherapist about that.
