Your favorite in game and sci-fi ship?

I'm guessing I'm pretty traditional when it comes to sci-fi ships, I'm sure my fellow CMDRs have different opinions. I really like the Federal Dropship, it looks 100% it's name and something the military would have come up with for the mission.

On the Sci-Fi side, we have so many, but I was always drawn to 'Albator's Arcadia'. Although the first time I saw Queen Amidala's Nabou Royal Starship I grunted a 'WOW'. But I'm a sucker for the SR71 :p

... and my least favorite is this one. It looks too fragile for a fighting ship especially the circle windowed area in the back. Would look great as a pleasure cruise ship :D

in game: Eagle (May favor the Vulture or Hunter when they come out)

in sci-fi in general: Well its corny but... The X-Wing. There is something so iconic about the X-Wing fighter that it remains my template for what a space fighter "should be".

In Game: Asp. That may change if I ever get the credits for anything larger.

Sci-fi: Imperial class Star Destroyer. It nudges out the Death Star because it doesn't have the design flaw.

Anikaiful: What's your top pic of? Not familiar with it.

Not sure what my fav ED ship is but for certain I love the X-Wing. The X-Wing series is what got me into sci-fi and gaming. If I wasn't obsessed with ED I'd be playing X-Wing Alliance right now, $10 on GOG!!!

The Cylon Raider. I love the 'giant claw' style, always have. Wing Commander had some good cap ships with the claw style design.

In Elite they're all just too damn similar, and to me there's not one that would class as a favourite, because all of the designs could be massively improved. Just my opinion.

Ingame Eagle, Though would love a big brother to the eagle (Condor?) Something similar to Python Capabilitys but in the styling of the eagle.

For Sci Fi Ships I really like the one from Oblivion medium.JPG or the Bugati from Elysyum elysium_004414_c22.jpg

I also really Asymetrical ships.

No atleast I don't mind, ED and SC are closely related and they even support each other. And my god SC will be awesome end 2016, but so will ED by then, so dilemma, dilemma.
