Aww, you all thought you were special. You never got one of those mailers from the local automobile dealership telling you how special you were and about all the "special" offers you qualified for because you were such a great customer? Did you drive all the way down to the dealership expecting to be treated special? No? Same thing.

Also, how do you know what they did and didn't say? For all you know, the people complaining could be relief workers who actually go out and do stuff instead of whining about it on the internet.
