Yup the Type 10 is a tough cookie.

Last night I was fetching some commodities for the Tech Broker and to my surprise I got interdicted by a deadly Type 10.

I was in my Corvette and thought "okay, this shouldn't take to long, it's a cargo cow"..........WRONG!!!!!
His firepower wasn't the problem but his shields and hull armor!!!!
I kept pounding the guy and he just wouldn't die.
I kill elite Condas for lunch but this was real fun, his fighter managed to kill my slf and was a real nuisance, in the end he decided to ram me, that was the finishing blow for him.

I greatly underrated the Type 10 untill now.
I'll have a couple interdictions like this every day please, they're so much fun!!

I submitted because it sounded like fun but apparently not. I was in my trade Cutter with 6A shields and 6 missiles, I took his shields down, but when I saw how slowly his hull was going I just made a run for it.

I wish these kind of ships would appear in RES sites too. I'd like to hunt some Cutters, Type-10s and Corvettes. Still the only big ship that spawns is Anaconda.

An elite Conda can be fun to wrestle with but Cutters and Corvettes in a HazRes, ugh I wish.
Clearing out a HazRes in a Corvette is actually quite relaxing at the moment.

I'm not a combat guy at all, so combat itself can be quite challenging for me as it is. I just wish for more variety in ships. There are way more ships in the game than what spawns in RES sites.
