I filed a ticket to get my CMDR name changed and didn't realize that apparently if you've ever changed the email associated with your Frontier account, the support desk bugs out and doesn't count you as a valid login, presumably because it doesn't internally update your old login. Tried logging in with both my old and new email and only the new one works, but the URL gives me this- "https://auth.frontierstore.net/zendesk/logout?kind=error&message=User+is+invalid:+Email:++[OLD EMAIL]+has+already+been+taken". Tried clearing cookies, changing password, logging in through steam, nothing. So now I can't log in to the customer support portal.

Well that's odd, I actually can here, though this isn't the site that the main FDev site immediately directs to. I assume I could also open another ticket here, but still be unable to see the open ticket on the website, because it's not asking for a login. Still, I'll open a ticket about being unable to view my existing tickets because that's the reality we live in now I guess.

Yep I did, including stating that I can't reply on the ticket website IN ALLCAPS and explaining that for whatever reason there's likely a desync in account details on their zendesk (which absolutely is a system I wish people would stop using, please stop using zendesk), it appears to be a duplicate issue to this poor sap

that maybe an old cache issue see this for more clarity

just ensure you do get an auto e mail reply to your ticket meaning they got it
then you just gotta wait for reply which could be up to two weeks but normaly 24 to 48hrs pending how busy
