I filed a ticket to get my CMDR name changed and didn't realize that apparently if you've ever changed the email associated with your Frontier account, the support desk bugs out and doesn't count you as a valid login, presumably because it doesn't internally update your old login. Tried logging in with both my old and new email and only the new one works, but the URL gives me this- "https://auth.frontierstore.net/zendesk/logout?kind=error&message=User+is+invalid:+Email:++[OLD EMAIL]+has+already+been+taken". Tried clearing cookies, changing password, logging in through steam, nothing. So now I can't log in to the customer support portal.
