Zero construction points

Greetings

I have completed an outpost in space and a mining facility planet side (just finished) but now I have zero construction points.
This means I am unable to start any new projects.
Will the points I gain from the mining facility appear shortly or next Thursday or is this a glitch / related to the temporary freeze Frontier put on colonisation ?

T1 stuff doesnt require points and generates t2 points.

Same for me, created an outpost and a surface settlement. Did not receive any points (no t2) and now have 0.

Hi All

I'll put a few questions in here rather than clutter up the main colonisation topics, and this topic's headline is zero construction points...seems applicable.

Question 1...how do you gain construction points and what is the most direct route in gaining these.
Question 2...Is there a graphical or pictorial view or some explanation somewhere of what the symbols on the bottom system map menu mean. For example, on this menu* I see 'available sites' which is pretty straightforward, then 'Active constructions' which again is self explanatory, then 'Construction points' which on my system menu shows an Icon (1 point) and another Icon (1 point). So does this mean I have accrued 2 construction points?

*If you could mouse click on these menus (more interactive) which then would bring up a more detailed explanation of what each of these symbols and statements mean either pictorially or text wise, this would seem (to me) a much better way of understanding what's being stated, rather than having to go on the forum to ask.

Apologies if I seem dumb but for some reason I'm not getting to grips with the general mechanics here....

If you open the build menu you will see that t1 buildings provide t2 construction points. You'll see when you browse that the t2 require a certain amount of t2 points and provide t3. t3 require t3 points. The information isn't exactly hidden and is colour coded. Now when you go back to the map it'll be pretty clear what points you have and what they do.

1) T2 points are gained through constructing T1 facilities, T3 points are aquired through building T2 facilities. this is displayed when you are selecting a facility.

2) The Yellow one is T2 construction points, the Green one is T3 construction points.

You have 1 T2 point and 1 T3 point.
