Zoo crashing when attempting to open storage

Hello fellow Zoologists...
I hope someone can help me with this very frustrating issue. I have a zoo that is successfully running, but when I attempt to go into the zoo storage, the game immediately crashes and shuts down, leaving only the crash information window to submit the issue, which I have now done several times with no response. Now the weird thing is it ONLY happens on one zoo. We, my daughter and I, have two different zoos. In zoo, lets say "B", the storage is working fine. We can access our animals in the storage with no issue at all. In zoo "A" I can not. Last night I ran into further issues with an alert stating that the animal/zoo storage is full and I must release some animals out of the storage, which of course I can't do. Does anyone have any idea of what I can do to fix this problem? If so, I would greatly appreciate any advice you share with me.

Just to give a few specs...I am using the game on a brand new HP laptop, with MORE than enough memory and superb video card, etc. I am also discussing the issue of a zoo that is in "sandbox" mode. Both zoos "A" and "B" have been played on the same laptop, with the different outcomes, one crashing, one not.

Hi there. You won't get a response if you submit a crash report but it will give our developers information on why the crash may have occurred. The best thing you can do to help our developers resolve crashes is to submit the reports and to send in a report on our Issue Tracker so they can review it.
