Zoo Gone Wild

I've loved PZ since I got it, but my background is in wildlife biology! I did this build for a contest and really loved the challenge of creating a believable wild area where the focus isn't visitors, it's the animals doing their thing and the visitors can come and try to see. You know, the sort of place people with money send their kids over summer break so they can get "job" experience bathing baby elephants in photo ops and then they use the money to do actual amazing conservation? Ranting aside, I'd love to see what you guys think of what I have! I'm thinking I should go back in and fill in the details I didn't have time to do for the contest and add more animals to different areas

I decided to name it Trung Conservation Tours after the Trung sisters who are celebrated in Vietnam and often depicted riding elephants into battle.

While I'm excited at the thought of continuing this build, I'm having some terrible social anxiety about sharing it. I would love to hear feedback from other people who love PZ on if you think this sort of natural style build is a cool way to do a zoo. I like constructive criticism! First post so I hope I haven't exceeded how much image spam I can shove into a single entry! Thanks for reading <3

Thats beautiful, you have nothing to worry about! Love the idea of more natural park. The rice fields are also looking great. Please do share more!

Also just wanted to add that not many people browse this section of forum, so please do not interpret not many people here as a lack of interested in your builds. Its just that most people are not that active at the creations section of the forum unfortunately. :)

Thanks for the heads up! I'm really new to the forums, so I didn't know that was the case. When I'm posting in the future is there a better place to put something like this?

P.S. I have some better rice field pictures but I had to prioritize. So pleased you like it <3

I have noticed alot of people post their stuff over here:

Then again, having everything in your own thread is better imo, but in the thread I posted, it will probably reach to more people. Or maybe just post it to both. Looking forward to see more of your park. :)

That's one beautiful build! Really makes me think that we need more diverse food/drink shop options, too. Seems jarring seeing "Chief Beef" in a traditional Southeast Asian setting.

We’ll done - I think you’ve done the waterways especially well! I can never get them looking nearly as good.
