It would've been great if the planet zoo game can add zoo mascots to entertain guests.

I'm pretty show we will get some. They are pretty popular in planco. To be honest, they creeped me out as a kid. So did wanna-be Santas.

I've mentioned it in another thread:
I would love to see "free roaming animals" as "mascots". They would use the same game mechanics, but "shaped" as real animals in contraast to people in costumes.
Peacocks would be the most obvious choice here:

I don't really think mascots are going to be in planet zoo. My reasoning is that most zoos don't have them, as zoos, while focused on entertainment, are as well focused on education. Mascots fit in a theme park setting, or even a zoo/theme park, but I've never seen a mascot that wasn't an animal in any zoo I've been to.
