The issue would be if you redeploy the ship AFTER you have stored some modules. Unless the stores modules magically make it to the deployed ship (which could be doable), you would have duplicates.

I won't buy an Air Traffic Controller voice for my Fleet Carrier until Frontier includes special dialogue for for addressing the commander who is the owner. I just really bugs me that all ATC options for my FC treat me like a stranger!
