As long as the millions of VR players don't bother as there is no VR in Odyssey, the rest of us should be fine.

?? My Rift died so haven't been on in VR mode, but I thought they said Odyssey could be
played in VR till you went on foot?

EDO has the same VR as EDH - the on-foot is a flatscreen image in the HMD.

There are some VR fans here who insist that there is no VR in Odyssey... It makes hilarious conversation.

Granted, EDO VR is quite demanding on hardware in comparison to Horizons.

You guys remember when the internet was awesome and we could insult and scream at each other all sorts of derogatory terms and nobody would give an F and movev on? No cancel culture, everyone free to be as toxic as they chose to be? I miss those days. Toxicity was the norm and everyone loved it. Now we cancel and silencec. So sad...truly so sad.

They updated the launch of the new patch to be at least 17:00GMT, or about an hour from now at this stage - not that many of us will be able to play it anyway, because we'll still be at work

I'm playing Warframe until U14 drops. Haven't had a chance to do the weekly Archon Hunt yet...
