It's easier in later stage since there is no high appeal requirement(200%+) to get 5 stars and you got a huge area to put many dinos there rather than wild area.

Just as I brought the dinosaurs under containment. I began the hunt for DNA, but the dinosaurs starting die out due to old age.
you probably did it too slow, I finished it after a few died but no big problem.
I guess I have been investing on the research of infrastructure and other stuff.
The design and construction of the expansion takes time.
Never stop taking care the dinos 1 group by 1 group.
Before I allow the ranger teams to monitor the dinosaurs, I need have the Response Facilities upgraded with the Automatic Resupply.
Before I start the DNA hunt, I need the Science Center upgraded with Extraction Capacity while Expedition Center have the Cheaper Expeditions and Improved Yield upgrades.
Yeah, just remember don't stop to take care of the dinos.
I have a trick I would like to share with you. I deliberately refused to build amenities that cover food, so that cash can be gained from the amenity coverage contracts.
I thought it is best when DNA extraction of most or all the species available reach 100% along with laying off the fossil hunting and DNA extraction team, the amenities that cover food can be built. In addition, it is best to have teams that have cheaper synthesis and cheaper incubation traits.
Sure, this map mostly just need you to get through the beginning and heal the dinos asap. The rest isn't big problem.
I managed to complete the Washington State Wreckage challenge mode in Jurassic difficulty, it is sure mentally exhausting.
I will try out the Pennsylvanian Headquarters and Oregon Aviary challenge mode.
I will wait for Frontier to add more dinosaurs before trying out the Canada and Southwest USA challenge mode.
I really suggest to try PA before WA so you can understand the whole trauma thing in a easier campaign with less stress.
Oregon is not too hard as well. WA is pretty much the most difficult one among the new 5.
After completing the Arizona Breakout challenge in Jurassic difficulty, I tried out the photography challenge in Jurassic difficulty before doing the Washington one.
The photo challenge is mostly about remember the route. There seems to be glitch but still doable.
I am trying out the Pennsylvania Headquarters challenge mode. For some reason, it is similar to Jurassic Park: San Diego challenge mode.
The differences include expert scientists, pterosaurs, and marine reptiles.

I have the impression that Oregon Aviary challenge mode is sure costly.
In the Oregon Aviary challenge, only Cheaper Research is available.
Other than that, it is best that the expedition teams should have the trait Cheaper Expeditions.
