Yes, its totally fine CIG promised something, failed to deliver on it, and sucks to be you i guess!
I suppose there is a lesson to be learned here. Never give money to kickstarters, because they can do whatever they want with your money with no recourse if they fail to deliver on what they promise. Also never give money to old "rockstar" developers who haven't produced a game in decades and make wild promises about what they can deliver. Also don't trust people who wear black turtlenecks.
And there we go.... let's see how they feel in 10 years time.

Okay, that's more than a bit rich! As you say AA, what has not been delivered is what CIG and Crobber promised, and it's what people paid for.
The Bugthesda snipe made me smile. Let's hope Microsoft's oversight means Starfield arrives in a reasonably playable state. Both sides have some skin in the game.

If I could be the solitary player on any 3.18 PTU server that had working landing gear on any ship...I'd count that as a bonus goal

Star citizen is always entertaining if you stick to watching videos about it...actually playing it or waiting whilst resting your weary head on the keyboard in frustration for 10 years to be able to complete a simple pick-up and drop mission without you or your ship blowing away or falling through the scenery, having your ship randomly explode or discovering your avatar has no head/eyes/equipment/all of the above however...not quite as endearingly entertaining

I will need all the time in the world and on-going money to finance making my wonderful vision a reality.
As with Star Citizen I will accept no accountability and do not care about what YOU the "armchair" backer gets in return.
I will headbutt the keyboard once a year and provide you with the output, this will proove it's NO scam as I legit am trying to give you something cos' I am so honest.

These people are conveniently forgetting that the Kickstarter had a so called video of the game in action, of course that turned out to be Machinima created by someone else but Croberts was basically saying it just needed finishing off
