I think the closest we'll get to this is asking some of the playerbase to roleplay animals for you.

Remember to hiss using voip for added fidelity.

This is a fantastic roleplaying opportunity, especially if commandos cosplay space furrys. Imagine these luxury space furry parties on board of 890s.

If Sandwich representation is limited to token low-poly triangles on the buffet table on an 890 - I will feel targeted and excluded!

And NO - hot dogs are not sandwiches and are shown to have historically opressed sandwichkin through the centuries.
 
I love the fact that the backers (even the tight fisted ones) think server meshing is going to be a thing.

It's really funny to read here some of you glossing about how PES is a problem with all that stuff laying around while 2 years ago you were just saying that CIG would never be able to do it 😁

I also gleaned from that ISC video that Turbulent have now been scuppered with being the primary driving force behind star citizen in it's entirety after the planning 'week'...from content to backend and core systems. It's apparent from recent discussions and video revelations that all of Ci~G's ridiculous money and time wasting efforts to implement meaningful progress toward creating a working game out of this dumpster fire over the last 8-10 years have been practically thrown in the skip... and now Turbulent have been dropped into the deep end with a huge reality check on how they're going to make it all work.

I really wish them luck....and secretly hope they'll be allowed to just get on with it free of the idiot Roberts' influence and interference 🤷‍♂️
It's probably the last chance to get some coherent game out of the mess.

iCache and pCache are a thing now, PES is an evolution of them. Like it or not, the final cache system and DB is here.
And, like it or not, server meshing will come also.

It's really funny to read here some of you glossing about how paintjob hexcodes isn't a problem with all that customisation laying around while 7 years ago you were just saying that CIG would definitely be able to do it 😁
