For Late Jurassic, Coelurus or Ornitholestes are good suspects, but I feel it's pretty unlikely to be Triassic or Early Jurassic (the feathers are maybe a little on the advanced side for Jurassic Park/World Coelophysoids).

You were saying that Utahraptor would be redundant. As I thought all dromaeosaurs behave the same despite the differences in appearances, size, and fossil discovery locations; it might seem pointless to add another.

Because we already have variants of those dinos. We don't need more of the same, we need new. Otherwise, the game stagnates.
Like I said in my post, this DLC feels very lazy. It didn't actually give us something we didn't already have the ability to get in game. Give us stuff from the other 130-145 million years of Dinos, not T-Rex and Velociraptor repeats. It's boring when we get the same old stuff

Actually it does. You can have too much of something..in this case there are other things they can do besides adding more of the same animals.
Stagnated or not; it would still be a good game.
I don't deny that it wouldn't be a good game, but it would definitely get old. We play this for dinos and 6 variants of the same 2 -4 dinosaurs gets old. Stagnation kills games, ask R*
No we don't Dragon.
The only dinosaurs we need in the game that end with raptor are Gigantoraptor & Megaraptor.
The only other Oviraptosaurid I want to see in the game Corythoraptor.
Who's R*?
I want to see Gigantoraptor.
Rockstar is the company who owns games like Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption.
Hmm... I'd argue there are a few others worth adding... not a lot, but some.
