Today again it comes like a thunder struck.

We have lost a great mind for the elite dangerous lore. Michael brooks one of the persons who works back in the days on elite an it’s lore. He gave us the glimpes and drops of Raxxla.

Michael was such a fantastic 'larger than life' person who I always enjoyed meeting at the various conventions. He always made sure to wish people (Facebook friends) a Happy Birthday every year too... it's the little things that make a difference.

I met Michael Brookes at the Birmingham Frontier party in 2016, we chatted about some issues & ideas briefly, he came across as passionate & enthusiastic about the game, it's reception & ongoing development as the most hardcore fan in the room. I appreciate the brief time we chatted, all too aware of how many others would want to chat with him over the course of the evening.

Michael Brooks was a world builder.

The lore and characters he created fuelled the dreams and ambitions of myself and many others.

The Alliance Elite Diplomatic Corps was hugely influenced by the story and narrative that gave structure and meaning to the world we worked within.

He is sorely missed.
