Whether Ci~G are actually working on any of the features you suggest is open to debate...they've shown no actual evidence of it whatsoever.
It was open to debate also with refueling, docking, salvaging, gen12 renderer, hull C, rivers, clouds, building block and a lot of other features/tech that are now in. CIG had shown evidences of all this things before implementation.

Well, unless someone fires CR and hires some good game director that can bring SC bits together as a feasible project, SC will never be a Game
It's Freelancer all over again, but on about a couple orders of magnitude bigger - IF MS didn aquire Digital Anvil, removing CR from the project, Freelancer would probably never release.

For completeness, can you list all the things they've talked about before implementing and all the things they talked about and haven't implemented?

They are all listed in this thread. And each patch, some of them are released. That's the main difference between you and me. You say 'wil never be in' while I say 'sooner or later' (even the sand wurmy☺️).
Do you recall here someone saying that the Hull C will never be released because the grid extension wasn't possible ?

Nope.

I remember me saying that the Hull A hadn't resolved the technical issues, and that I'd expect any fix to be as buggy as the ship-to-docking feature. (Players falling out at the meeting point between physics grids etc).

Guess we'll see ;)

The issue of CIG pre-selling detailed features before even starting the actual dev work does have a tendency to bite them in the butt. And the 'alpha' cover for any tech shortfalls can only muffle those issues for so long. Say about a decade ;)

Dude I threw you a bone, it was your chance to give yourself some credibility. By listing everything you could you would have prooved you knew what you were talking about as well as be informative.

No I don't remember stuf about Hull C. I have no reason to care about ship talk.

Also India didn't land a probe on the Moon at Tier-0 they actually did it for real, complete all-in actual result. Despite PES and fidelity the only thing more complex in Star Citizen is the nest of companies under the CIG umbrella.
 
This is not looking good at all.
Too many place holder assets to count. Lots of things in there that just do nothing. Of course they did not show the main attraction (the ship transformation)... And even though, each map transition is bugged, every last one of them. Every door has an issue (you can see space or a black void) and every transition has a frame hitch and/or a black screen. See that control panel in the escape pod room ? They have not thought how it should work yet, and it shows. Also escape pods are place holders. Even the inventory storage trays are bugged and useless (besides, storing things on a ship in SC is a good way to lose these things..).
The boxes popping up in existence are a sad joke. Remember the very first versions when they had those small repair bots ? Why not using a small swarm of loading drones, done with a particle system... oh wait CiG cannot do particle system programming can they.
This ship should have been a main attraction as it's almost central to gameplay of space games (space trucking, basically) and it's another fail. Besides if they manage to get it on the main game, there's still no gameplay for it ! There's still no in game dynamic economy or even appropriate stocks just to load that size of cargo.
