I can! Seriously out of those 3, the orangutan brachiation is what excites me the most.how could anybody get disappointed with taz, kiwi and a lorikeet in a single pack?

Nope, probably will get announced tomorrow.Anyone else find it weird we haven't gotten our 1.15 announcement post on the forums yet?
I'm thinking it's more likely to be a Conservation Pack type situation, with the DLC being announced first and the update announcement coming the day after. I can't recall them ever not announcing a DLC the day after a stream.Nope, probably will get announced tomorrow.
It already happened Last year with Conservation Pack and then we got brachiation as surprise within the Update. I could imagine this could (could Not must) be the case with this Update, too.Anyone else find it weird we haven't gotten our 1.15 announcement post on the forums yet?
I don’t think anybody asked for the quokka before this morning. And I feel like this pack will be an ok one (that doesn’t correspond with my feelings on the update, update is amazing) I’ll like the animals.Im not disappointed with the pack itself, because how could anybody get disappointed with taz, kiwi and a lorikeet in a single pack? My problem here is exclusevely the quokka.
It was on my list of "animals needed for Australia to feel very well represented" so I see this as an absolute winI don’t think anybody asked for the quokka before this morning.
What would I need added to Planet Zoo to make Australia feel very well represented (and therefore what's usually considered "complete" by PZ standards) though? Oh well that's far less ridiculous:
- Short-beaked Echidna
- Tasmanian Devil
- A quoll species
- Greater Bilby
- Common Brushtail Possum
- Long-nosed Potoroo
- Quokka
- Eastern Grey Kangaroo
- Yellow-footed Rock-wallaby
- Australian Sea Lion
- Magpie Goose
- Black Swan
- Little Penguin
- Australian Pelican
- A monitor species
- A bunch more exhibits (reptiles especially)
I'm not sure we are going to get Polynesian scenery, the tropical pack scenery is so similar to make it stand out.The scenery though, I’m scared. I don’t want the Polynesian or Caribbean scenery theme, we just got something similar 6 months ago. I was really looking forward to a NA scenery set, I’m afraid this next set will be just as useless as the last one for me![]()
But then what is it?I'm not sure we are going to get Polynesian scenery, the tropical pack scenery is so similar to make it stand out.
They're temperate yeah, given they live in southern Australia (including Tasmania) and NZ. I don't think they'd label this as a temperate pack though, it's still either Islands or Oceania. Are LBP in temperate biomes? I ask because this could be either islands or temperate. Islands thinking a Tree Kangaroo is that last animal and if Temperate then the Quokka. Have my preference to the tree kangaroo but either is okay.
Fantasy castles and candy themed buildings for all I know. But then what is it?
None of the animals in this pack were on my personal wishlist. Funnily enough, the quokka is probably my favorite out of the bunch unless it ends up being a rockhopper penguin instead of a little blue one.Im not disappointed with the pack itself, because how could anybody get disappointed with taz, kiwi and a lorikeet in a single pack? My problem here is exclusevely the quokka.
I hope you are right. That would be a nice surprise. They didn't tease all the animals for the arid pack after all, just a handfull. And for the Tropical peack the teased the scenery pieces during the livestream as well.Knowing we get an entire dlc focused on polynesian scenery pieces, what if... for only once... this isn't a scenery pack?. I know that "Everything points to be a scenery pack", but I think i don't need to remember last year situation with conservation and twilight. Right, we get 5 animal teasers, but that doesn't scream "Hey! it's a scenery pack!". I'm not saying it will be an animal or scenery pack, but it would be cool to have inverted packs like past year. Animal-scenery-scenery-animal, and now Scenery-animal-animal-¿?. I do think there aren't enough island scenery choices to have in the dlc. Of course i can be wrong, but it would be cool to have another animal pack.
This was my only conclusion too. I feel like this pack will suffer the same problem Arid did. If the theme is a generic “islands” theme it shouldn’t be zoned in on one place. If the Walrus isn’t in this pack, all the teasers we have are for Oceania animals. My animal pack roster would be:Knowing we get an entire dlc focused on polynesian scenery pieces, what if... for only once... this isn't a scenery pack. I know that "Everything points to be a scenery pack", but I think i don't need to remember last year situation with conservation and twilight. I just still can't wrap my mind around it. It's such an arbitrary aspect of the tree kangaroo to focus on. Surely if it were a tree kangaroo, and Frontier were thinking "how best do we represent it as a drink?" I can't imagine they would settle on "they look like they're smiling, sometimes, in some pictures". Ask 100 animal lovers what they consider to be the most iconic, important, or representable single aspect of a tree kangaroo. I can't imagine a single one would jump to their "smile".Tree Kangaroos also seem to have a Smile in their face If you Look at Pictures. Surely Not as popular as Quokka memes but smiling could also fit for them. Likely it will be the Quokka but before we will get confirmation the Tree Kangaroo remains possible in my opinion.
It was Always different. For Europe all animals were teased whereas it was not for Conservation for example. The safest assumption is that we will get a Scenery Pack.I hope you are right. That would be a nice surprise. They didn't tease all the animals for the arid pack after all, just a handfull. And for the Tropical peack the teased the scenery pieces during the livestream as well.
