but all the last dlcs announced at 2pm bst, and also steamDB is too quiet now, but there is possibility for announcement in 7 mins but we will see

But Conservation also stood out, first the DLC, then the update
Now it's not following the pattern either, we'll see in 3 minutes

Probably no, because then the dlc would have been appeared at SteamDB
If there is only an update today, then SteamDB unfortunately will not do anything
The difference is when an animal is only found in one zoo vs animals that, while not uber common in captivity, have multiple individuals in zoos across their native country, and even representation in global zoos. This is also coming from someone who adores the Proboscis Monkey in the game.

It's makes more sense that Frontier will announce the dlc today and maybe also the update or the update would announce tomorrow because then why yesterday they haven't announced the full update? Because there is might be something in the update that spoil the dlc
the question remains, what could they possible add in the update that would give away the dlc, its super interesting
Yeah it's like the conservation update included animal chorus behavior which might of been a far too obvious hint for the siamang.
I know... Update 1.11 was also announced before Twilight DLC, and nothing was mentioned about WE
I don't understand why they haven't announced an update yet, but they teased us during the stream
Yet earlier they also talked about the news before the update....
Although restaurants before 1.8... Maybe they are doing something on that basis now
