It is shameful for Frontier that you cannot create a European zoo!

I mean youre also failing to give a good point as to why you cant use the grizzly as the euro bb.
How am I not making a good point? My point is that you can't "use the grizzly as the Eurasian bear" because it's already the grizzly bear. An apple doesn't become an orange just because you imagine it does.

Ive used it as such multiple times, so it must be possible

I don't understand why there's an argument. I've seen real-life zoos use other species and subspecies to represent relatives, so why is it bad to use a grizzly or an HBB to substitute an Eurasian brown bear? They look identical in-game, and honestly most brown bears look similar that you most likely won't tell the difference unless you're a brown bear whisperer

I hate substituting animals too. Kinda picky I guess. The perfect example for me is the Sumatran tiger.

To me the Sumatran particularly the male is the most distinct looking tiger. To me a small Bengal tiger in game just doesn’t work. I love the Bengal for what it is the largest modern day big cat( proven in the wild anyway) especially since the Siberian population has been effected by habitat loss and less food options readily available. But the Bengal is definitely not a Sumatran tiger.

Nah, I need to disagree. If someone wants to choose to play and interpret the game that they bought differently, they have full range to do so haha
Sure, that's what I originally said. But it's wrong to assume everyone wants to play the same way as you do and shooting down people's wishes on that basis. "We don't need the Eurasian brown bear because you can just use one of the other two brown bears and never look at its species name or Zoopedia entry or the animal list" isn't a good argument.

Exactly. We don't need the Eurasian Brown Bear because it's the worst Brown Bear sub. Instead, we should get the immensely better Syrian Brown Bear.

Gaze upon the beautiful Graham Cracker.

The Syrian brown bear would be a nice addition. I know some people hate similar or often called clone animals and I get that to a certain point with limited spaces in the roster but a second giraffe like a Masai or the grevys zebra add a lot to the game imo. That’s one thing kinda neat about zoo tycoon 3 but at the same time it lacked some of the most common animals. Definitely not saying I want PZ to be a carbon copy but a clone animal here and there is always welcome to me.

Them, too. More variety can only be good. There's literally no downside.
Honestly, considering how drastically different most gray wolf subspecies are to each other, I'm surprised people dislike it so much.

I guess I can understand people wanting more unique species, but still, I'd love me a Mexican wolf

Id take 1 brown bear and one classic looking grey wolf, and a lion while were at it because their base game models look kinda meh and i doubt frontier is ever gonna update them.

The more variety among animals groups doesnt really work for me personally when there are other groups that are really underepresented or missing completely

I've said this before but you're basing what you're willing to want/not want on the hypothetical end date. While yes we should all agree the end is coming, as far as wishlists are concerned it doesn't matter because they exist in a vaccuum. It's a self-imposed limitation for no real reason. I wouldn't ask for half the animals I want if I was bothering to concern myself with the end date.

Yeah i guess. But i think approaching it from a priority point of view is the way to go, atleast for me. Otherwise wishlist become pointless anyways.

The "self-imposed limitation for no real reason" sounds familiar
