Well, i think we'll be off to Shamash in search of The Hulk to investigate the recent "troublesome situation" there - possibly find some clues as to what was up with the recent FSL broadcast...

...Timber, are you still on board or have ships stored on my FC? might want to recall them if you need them :]

You're free to jump. All I had with me was the Champion, which has visited Shamash last night. If anything new should transpire in Shamash, I'll most likely take the Curious Dryad over there...
And even if there still were a ship of mine on your carrier, that wouldn't be an issue, as Shamash is just a few jumps away.

True that - must still be about 23% awake - should've just taken my Dolphin... jump locked now - oh well, more tea i guess... ^^

I'm parking in San Tu - an old favourite, as i used to be able to go collecting OD materials there and the local controlling faction just seemed to get more friendly the more i did terrible things in their settlements... now the Dragons have been deposed and it's all gone Federal/Corporate - no wonder there's more free space now ...closing down sale soon? ;p

I dropped by there yesterday afternoon. Nothing was going on. The chat was about finding these beacons, which I did, but other than that there was nothing at all happening.

It's very probably an ongoing story. The announcement of the Halloween event said something akin to "running during the week", so I'm guessing we might be getting fed more breadcrumbs over the next days. Make sure you collect all the messages (there's ten of them), and don't just read them, listen to them. They are very well done.

It wouldn’t be unless it enabled you to use a smaller power supply.

Just for fun and to show not all unlimited category race builds are the same there is this one, now you might have a straight line advantage but try overtaking it through the slot.

The smaller power supply doesn't help to increase speed, but reduces jump range.

I guess the success of such an operation would depend on where you park the T9...
Although, I managed to squeeze the Hound of Baskerville past one without trading paint. Thus I don't see any reason why a few seasoned Buckyballers in iEagles shouldn't be able to boost past you on both sides, if you parked the T9 right in the middle of the slot... ;)
