Plus takin are goat-antelopes as well.
I know but takin look more like wildebeest or bison, whereas Markhor are built like mountain goats.Takins are also goats tho.
Highly subjective but alpine marmot>chamois

Maybe we can have two packs. A goat animal pack and a mountain animal pack!Takins are also goats tho.
Highly subjective but alpine marmot>chamois
Alpine marmot I feel is the better option for a standout European animal. The chamois would feel like alpine Ibex 2.Takins are also goats tho.

A pack with the greatest of all time animals?A goat animal pack
Because he's from South America, from PeruA bit offtopic, but never really understood why is that supposed to be a Spectacled Bear. It looks like a Brown Bear. Is there a reason? Never seen the movie.
They're making a 3rd one, I believeWatch the films now! They are so good!!
That's so obvious an echidna. How can you not see it?!Just the usual "cartoon character looking nothing like the animal its supposed to be" Situation i assume.
Like how can anyone in all seriousness say this guy is an echidna when the ONLY traits they share are being a tetrapod and having eyes is beyond me

Yeah the long flexible tail and lack of beaks, claws and spikes kinda gives it away.Because he's from South America, from Peru

It took me until last year to realise he wasn't a red hedgehog.Yeah the long flexible tail and lack of beaks, claws and spikes kinda gives it away.
Just the classic echidna look
I agree, they are definitely distinct enough to be considered worthy additions each. After all, the arid pack also had two antelopes (addax and gazelle) so I think it could be completely in line with their criteria for adding animals. The markhor is specially beautiful to me, the spiral horns and the gorgeous beard make it stand out a lot. This should basically be like the Nile lechwe and Wild water Buffalo being in the same pack. Oh, I was referring to that he wears shoes and also the fact that his eyes are connectedYeah the long flexible tail and lack of beaks, claws and spikes kinda gives it away.

I take it you're not a Sonic player? (I'm not either, but my brother is)It took me until last year to realise he wasn't a red hedgehog.
Not too much, haven't played a sonic game in at least 10 or so years. I know I played it on the original Nintendo DS. I was actually watching the sonic boom cartoon last year and heard knuckles being called a echidna.I take it you're not a Sonic player? (I'm not either, but my brother is)
This is the understatement of the year. Haha.We didn’t get an animal in every desert region for the Arid Pack
bro thats not true, you never saw them in real lif thenThis should basically be like the Nile lechwe and Wild water Buffalo being in the same pack. View attachment 372789
Only better because neither the lechwe nor the water buffalo were asked for. I still think one of them should've been a waterfowl. This should basically be like the Nile lechwe and Wild water Buffalo being in the same pack. View attachment 372789
agreed, but I’m not too fussed over itOnly better because neither the lechwe nor the water buffalo were asked for. I still think one of them should've been a waterfowl.
To be fair, I'm right there with you. Terrified that tree kangaroos (my #2 most wanted) have missed their final final chance, and still far from convinced that this winter DLC won't be our last one.Can I just say that I really admire the enthusiasm and optimism of everybody in this thread? I keep waffling between optimism and pessimism about the future of the game so I've been posting less... But man, is it awesome seeing you all assuming we'll be getting support and DLC for at least another full year! (I mean this sincerely and unironically.)
Meanwhile I'm just sitting in a corner crying at the lack of tree kangaroo speculation assuming it's never coming.![]()
