Not enough time to make the poster but I would do:

Ocelot
Black Howler Monkey
South American Coati
Patagonian Mara
Hoffmann Two Toed Sloth (WTE)

Mara could be swapped out for Rhea but the Rhea has more opportunities to show up down the line, whereas maras only other chance is a petting zoo pack which is unlikely.

Taking out the Collared Peccary, I'm still going with a Central American pack, and I'm going to put two primates in here. We can dream...

More realistically though, the Squirrel Monkey would be replaced with the Coyote.

It's almost not funny how stable and solid my lineup for a Central American pack was for me. I'm grasping wildly for another animal to fit in and having a difficult time doing so.

I would agree with you but considering it would be a scenery pack in theory I’d have to think frontier would make this a animal pack. The game could definitely benefit from 8 SA/CA animals vs 5 animals. Scenery would be nice but not really néeded. And most definitely replace the sloth with macaw. Sloth is great but macaw is better. The time is now for at least 2-4 aviary birds.

I think that’s why a animal pack is a must for this region. This is the one realistic area in zoos missing the most arguably. With a animal pack animals like the tarmunda have a great shot. The peccary definitely helps but there’s still many animals that could fill a animal pack quite easily.

I'd swap the squirrel monkey out for any waterfowl--Caribbean flamingo for a clone or Muscovy duck for a new rig.

I really hope south america isn't greeted with another scenery pack, an arid style animal pack is what is needed to even address the issues at hand.

I think its because it has so heavy competion. Which is a fate it share with many cool animals, kinda sad really.
If you barely have the basics in game and there are so many iconic or essential animals still missing, something like the tamandua gets brushed over.

A CA scenery pack with Mexican and Caribbean inspired pieces is something i've been wanting for a long time though so i will not be opposed to it, but yeah that would mean no rhea, no mara and no SA coati and those are maybe my top 3 most wanted animals as this point so i hope for an animal pack.
