Wow, that's from a CIG employee. I thought it was someone claiming a leak, the sort of thing a faithful might decry as being FUD, but no, they've actually gone and done this.

I wonder who they got to do the mocap for the pooping and wiping animations?

Imagine the credits:

Henry Cavill - Pooping and wiping animations

Just think of the fidelitious possibilities though! Different states, from constipation to diarrhea! Ate something dodgy from a vendor on Grim Hex! Stuck on the bog with liquid brown shooting into the bowl! Constipated? Your character's face screws up as you try and force one out. Perhaps accompanied with a groaning sound.

The possibilities go on and on!
They apparently have nothing better to do to fill their work schedules - I think that is telling.

SC is like the scene from Knights of the Holy Grail where Lancelot storms a castle. He runs on the same spot several times, guards look bewildered, then is suddenly on top of them, slaughters men and women mercilessly on the way in and the prize is a spoilt, gay prince who wants to flee and sing (not what Lancelot expects or wants and nothing the king expects or wants).

Pros

- Health and Dental benefits are excellent - Lots of cool people to work with - The IP is cool and interesting and really has potential

Cons

- Severe mismanagement of funds and other resources at the C-level and among some Directors and middle management - Middle management in general is hit or miss - there are some great managers who are effective and care about the work and the people, but there are also several who hover, micromanage, hold you back, and generally discourage individual progression - Lack of repercussions for higher ups, while lower level employees are easily discarded due to "budget constraints" - While the Austin office has been left to slowly rot, the LA office equates to a black hole for backer funds. - There are clear and intentional actions taken to ask more and more of employees without any increase in compensation, which is already poor and misrepresented in job listings. As an example of wasted time and funds: Studios regularly provide breakfast and other refreshment options for all employees. When it comes to C-level executives though, there is absolutely "special treatment" that directly translates to wasted time and money -- These individuals get extra expensive pastries, coffee, etc. on a daily basis. These are not made available to any other employees and requests for these are treated as top priority "Do it now" tasks, regardless of whatever else is going on. Executives will literally delay meetings until they receive whatever it is they requested, and will not hesitate to complain or send it back if it is not exactly to their liking.

Advice to Management

Focus on creating a positive and supportive culture that does not take advantage of your already constantly stressed employees. Stop wasting money on trivial , get down off your high horse, and don't give employees, critics, and would-be fans any more reason to call this company out for what it seems to be right now: a scam. It has been heartbreaking to find out that so much of what people say about this company is true, and how much of it is just swept under the rug.
