I would love a central america pack but I think it is best saved for after a cold animal pack because including grasslands it has been a full year since we got anything colder than a temperate animals so everyone including me is tired of warm animals.

Yup, definitely why the MG has consistently fallen further and further down my want list, despite having animals higher up than it being removed. We 90% already have it. Look at the female Dall Sheep the model is almost there. It does a better job of masquerading as another species than some (okay one) species in the game does at representing itself.Imagine all that time speculating unique caprines, all for it to be wasted when all we get is a fluffy dall sheep

That’s almost exactly my dream Antarctica pack too! I’d maybe swap the fur seal or emperor penguin with an elephant seal. I got to work with those leopard seals so it would be so special to have them in Planet Zoo
The more I sit with it, the more I feel like the reveal will be next week. Mostly because there hasn't been a tease yet. If they stick with past patterns it would mean a tease tomorrow... And we know a reveal or a tease is very unlikely for Thursday. I guess they could always tease something tomorrow and reveal it on Friday but that feels pretty unlikely.
I'm still feeling like the release date will be the 12th because of the holiday time coming up. But I think we're probably in for a very different roll-out than usual unless things really ramp up tomorrow. Hah.
Lets hope 15/10. Something that blows our mind.
the elephant seal was on my radar I just didnt put it in because I want the northern over the southern for zoo tycoon nostalgia and i doubt we would get both glad to see im not the only one who likes antartica.I’m so sure an announcement will come today!

The issue is that if we get the elephant seal we will now get the walrus. To be honest, I really want both.
Honestly, it might make a walrus more likely tbh. They'd have a very similar rig, so it'd make the walrus less work in the long run. But it's impossible to say, really.

It's not really a VERY wrong species as it is apparently common South American zoos. In the same vain the platypus would have been a wrong species for a zoo game, which I'd also say isn't really the case
On an unrelated note, did everyone switch to a Tundra Pack because of the Tundra animal challenge? The challenges have never been related to the upcoming DLC, we guessed incorrectly in the past because of that

also as far as I know the sloth we have is still fairly rare in south america its not common just more common than outside of south america though the platypus analogy is probably not a bad one as they are not even that common is australian zoos its just that most major zoos have them.
