Game Discussions Star Citizen Discussion Thread v12

Early days.

That's exactly what one of the replies said, "it's early days, CIG always makes things better." Umm, they've actually just gone backwards to a ludicrously simplified system, and now he expects them to start going forward again to end up with, what exactly? What they had before? Something entirely different that will require new jesus tech to work? Bizarre the lengths people will go to defend the game and attack valid criticism. Actually I fully expect this to be the end mechanic because other ways are difficult and complicated and we know how good CIG is with difficult and complicated.

It is the obvious repsonse to the complaints. Not the first time either. Nothing is ever cancelled in Star Citizen, why would it? There is absolutely zero penalty to keeping everything alive and promised for the future. Even if there are virtually zero chances.

Okay (and I'm already wincing), but what madeupium malecowoutput is Maelstrom tech? Please avoid using 'never been done before' in your answers.

As an aside, how many layers of jesustech are currently residing in the ten+ year-old pipelines, each supported by pillars made of, and built upon, the purest unalloyed Whimtium (TM and pat-pending).

Still, early days, yeah!
