Now somethings I’d like to bring up
The Wisent as the flagship animal? Frontier can pick whomever they want but the Wolverine or the boat seem like better contenders due to their demand

Had me skeptical about Takin/wisent in the livestream, happy to hear we get both.

Nice surprise with the mute swan and fits in greatly.

I had mentioned before that if we get another exhibit animal we should get a turtle, we get the harmanns tortoise. Now with Eurasia out of the way, I’m a bit worried about WEs future. I really don’t want just bats for the future and I will be really mad if we get another sloth to waste space for other potential animals. Il still hold out hope for a koi or turtle pond in the future.
Also I think NA and SA are due for some serious rep in the first animal dlc next year as they only got peccaries and sloths.

I do think we’ll at least get a pack in the spring, summer probably as well.

We still got a lot of boxes to hit all around, and I’m amazed at the quality of content considering everything frontier has gone through, while I obviously hope things get better, I’m pretty happy if we keep with this level of content going forward.

And a lot of animals left are clones, which makes it easier for frontier I would assume. We still got Markhor and Pallas Cat from Eurasia, Wapiti and ABB from NA, Loads of SA content including Spectalced bear ocelot Rhea Mara etc. as well as so many add ons to my personal favourite continent, Africa. Barbary sheep, Secretary bird, baboon, hornbill, grey crowned crane, Gerenuk, another giraffe, etc.

I do Not want to say you must like the pack. But I think the majority of the Forum is comfortable with this Pack. And I really recommend to adjust the expectations (not the hopes, it is a different Thing) to the reality of Packs within the Last 3 years. If you compare it with the Conservation Pack you also had only the Siamang which was completely new (comparable with the Mute Swan). All the remaining animals technically were also Just "Clones".

Edit: And one Thing to calm you down regarding the boars 😃. This was probably the Last one we get within the Game. The Zoo/Wildpark Essentials are all within the Game now. I do not really xpect an oddball pig pick.

Thanks, I am fairly calm I think. If the majority of the forums is happy about the pack then I am super happy for that as well ! It just shows that my opinion is not representative of the majority and that is fine. Actually, it is more than fine. It shows that Frontier is taking the right decisions and this can only be good for the game long-term.

Everyone has a different opinion about animals and that is ok. I personally find the Wolverine uninteresting, but I see many posters going crazy for it and I respect that.

The point of my post was just to say that I PERSONALLY, feel like 2021 and 2022 updates met my expectations in terms of animal quality, whereas the last two updates of 2023 have not. I am not speaking about building pieces, which I think were amazing in 2023.

I have question?
The psuedo melanistic appears on both orange and white tigers...
IS it at all possible that colormorphs could be combined? Like, what I mean is: piebaldism but not just piebaldism but now all colormorphs?
I'm sure modders could know...

Oh man, I love this roster! Perhaps the saiga could have been swapped for the markhor or a monkey, but overall this rules. Another bird! Yes!! I absolutely love the gift shop update, so so happy to finally have wolverines and the wild boar now too! And the pack comes out just before my birthday, the perfect early gift to buy myself. Happy Holidays to everybody at Frontier!
