List updated! All added, with no exceptions this time. Both Chameleon and Cobra Type Groups are nearing 100 Votes each, which is very exciting and a big deal, since on our thread Multiple Votes for each Type Group is not allowed, which means these are all Votes from 100 Unique Users! Let's go, Planet Zoo Community!

Wow, it has been a very long time since anybody has sent a list or with this even updated. But now, we have gotten the spectacled flying fox (a fun addition in my opinion), so I dunno. @ReptoMin, the rules have changed since I last checked. How would you do this? Would you just add the spectacled flying fox or would you also take out the flying fox category?

List updated! Chameleons have broken through the 100 Votes Barrier!

All added except for @Gecko0304's Pygmy Marmoset, as explained here. However, if we get the slightest hint of Exhibit Monkeys, they will be allowed. Another possibility is we could make an Exception for the Pygmy Marmoset, as they are super tiny and both Habitat Wishlists combined only saw 1 Vote in total. I could write up another Exception to the Rule for little guys like these with almost no votes on habitat threads. What do you think @DarthQuell?

Another thing worth mention is, with the addition of the Spectacled Flying Fox to Planet Zoo, the Flying Fox Type Group has dissolved! Since we didn't get any Direct Votes for this particular species, only the 2 people (@TheNamesJonas and @Kiru) who voted for the generic Flying Fox can revote! From this point onward all users can vote for as many Flying Fox Species as they want in their lists, since there no longer is a Type Group Restriction for these guys!

Edited to let @Gecko0304 know their Pygmy Marmoset vote has been accepted, as we tweaked our Exceptions a little bit. Although I have another question. I added your "Rough-Scaled Viper" Vote to the Hairy/Rough-Scaled Bush Viper, but if you actually meant the Rough-Scaled Snake from Australia instead, let me know!

Like we did with Old World Swallowtail and Menelaus Blue Morpho, I counted and crossed off Generic Votes, which in this case are Generic Votes for "Flying Fox".

Frontier never adds the exhibit animals I want so I can't make any updates to my wishlist lol
Don't worry about that much, as the moment we get the slightest hint of Exhibit Birds, we'll probably increase our Limit to at least 20 or 25, depending on how inclusive the initial Exhibit Bird Expansion is, which means you'll get more slots for Standard Exhibit Animals as well.

To be honest, I would add tamarins and marmosets to this rule, only because there's no guarantee and they're about the same size as the bats and just as energetic. I doubt that we'd get a common marmoset in a habitat and then the micro pygmy marmoset as a WE

I agree that all Tamarins and Marmosets are very likely as WE Animals, but since those already have 100's of Votes on Habitat Wishlists, we'd have to revoke the entire rule to make it happen. For now let's flex Exceptions for those that almost have no Votes on Habitat Wishlists, despite their Animal Group having a lot of votes, e.g. Pygmy Marmoset.

Later when we get a hint from Frontier that Small Monkeys in general are WE, then we can expand on this idea with a Limit increase, so people can vote for them. This way the Rule will not have to be revoked, just like how it happened with the Sloths.

I have added a Top 10 Exhibit Species Spoiler to the OP! I'm pretty sure a lot of people wanted to see how Individual Species fared against each other. It really does give us another perspective. For instance we have a Mammal in the Top 10! Way to go Naked Mole-Rats!

Only five? That's so difficult!

1) Panther chameleon (Furcifer pardalis)
2) King cobra (Ophiophagus hannah)
3) Frilled lizard (Chlamydosaurus kingii)
4) Axolotl (Ambystoma mexicanum)
5) Hermann’s tortoise (Testudo hermanni)

I choose one from each continent. Unfortunately I had no space for the blue poison dart frog :(

My additional 5 votes:

6) Blue poison dart frog (Dendrobates tinctorius "azureus")
7) Reticulated python (Malayopython reticulatus)
8) Tuatara (Sphenodon punctatus)
9) Philippine sailfin lizard (Hydrosaurus pustulatus)
10) Leopard gecko (Eublepharis macularius)

I'm not sure if we are allowed to replace added animals, but if we can, I would like to replace the axolotl by the following:

-European pond turtle (Emys orbicularis)

So I can add 5 new animals to get to 15? Here we go:

11) Central bearded dragon (Pogona vitticeps)
12) Green anaconda (Eunehctes murinus)
13) Common toad (Bufo bufo)
14) Plumed basilisk (Basiliscus plumifrons)
15) Indian flying fox (Pteropus medius)

Yes! I finally got one! 🥳 Can i replace it? For making things easier, I'm copying all my previous lists in one:

1) Panther chameleon (Furcifer pardalis)
2) King cobra (Ophiophagus hannah)
3) Frilled lizard (Chlamydosaurus kingii)
4) European pond turtle (Emys orbicularis)
5) Hermann’s tortoise (Testudo hermanni) Thorny devil (Moloch horridus)
6) Blue poison dart frog (Dendrobates tinctorius "azureus")
7) Reticulated python (Malayopython reticulatus)
8) Tuatara (Sphenodon punctatus)
9) Philippine sailfin lizard (Hydrosaurus pustulatus)
10) Leopard gecko (Eublepharis macularius)
11) Central bearded dragon (Pogona vitticeps)
12) Green anaconda (Eunehctes murinus)
13) Common toad (Bufo bufo)
14) Plumed basilisk (Basiliscus plumifrons)
15) Indian flying fox (Pteropus medius)

List updated! With the addition of the Hermann's Tortoise to Planet Zoo, all 7 people who voted for this Species can now revote, adding 1 more Species to their Lists! Even if you voted for a Specific Subspecies of Hermann's Tortoise, you are still eligible to revote. Quoting your Original Lists is very much appreciated, if not mandatory.

Damn, just five?? It was hard enough with the previous ten... And I thought I could just copy my list from the other thread, as last DLCs didn't change anything from it. Ok, I guess invertebrates are out, it was hopeless to reach a decent riversity of them with just 1 exhibit animal per pack :cry:

Turtles
1. Hermann’s tortoise

Lizards
2. Tokay gecko (or any other gecko)
3. Panther chameleon (or any other chameleon)

Snakes
4. King cobra (or any other Asian cobra)

Amphibians
5. Axolotl

Ok, time to do a big revamp to my wishlist after getting 2 of 5 in the game (yay!) and not including the 10 extra species in the last rule updates. I'll include all the 15 species with the 3 from the previous list in a lighter colour and crossing out the 2 that need a replacement, I hope everything is clear:

Turtles
1. Hermann’s tortoise Mata mata

2. Tokay gecko (or any other gecko)

I don't think i've participated in this one so here goes my list

1. Panther chameleon

4. Thorny devil
5. Axolotl
6. Naked mole rat (yeah i know is a mammal but i've read it is allowed and how could would it be to get a colony of these)
7. Crocodile skink
8. Emerald tree boa
9. Desert rain frog
10. Eyelash viper

A new type of exhibit imitating ant colonies or termite mounts or beehives would so cool as well though...
