Until Bethesda do it (if they do it), this mod does exactly that. Helps immensly with flying around and getting the manufacturer only modules for a build, without having to temporarily put in a different module. It is, but IMHO Bethesda really need to include the ability to store a partially completed build. Due to various IRL events it took me around 8 hours to build my current ship, while enduring frequent family interruptions, including non-verbal demands from pets for food & exercise...it was a bit stressful!
Codger has been approved for design academy. The rest of you: Shame! Especially that neon green!
I agree as you always loose credits having to fit something and then sell again . Whilst having a few credits in game it does hurt my real life sensibilities especially when I've maxed out my trading skills.Yep, certainly could use a "build-in-progress-save" feature. Bizarre how an hour or two can pass while I'm working on a ship, and it seems like no time.![]()
Is that the place where you enter the refined taste smuggler ship during the Ranger quest line? Just by looking at the screenshot I'd like to get in the ship and fly into the mist and make camp in the hills up there.Jumps for joy!

I have tried to make a uniform color scheme for my ships, for the parts that can be repainted, because I think that such a uniformity is aesthetically pleasing. That lime green came to my mind from the ship's name: The name Razorleaf has the word leaf in it. Such a bright contrast color makes the ship look more aggressive, doesn't it?Codger has been approved for design academy. The rest of you: Shame! Especially that neon green!
Yes, you are absolved. The contrast is indeed very good. It highlights single elements and gives it a distinct look. Still I would try something else than neon.I have tried to make a uniform color scheme for my ships, for the parts that can be repainted, because I think that such a uniformity is aesthetically pleasing. I have no idea where this was. It looks like a lake landscape. Lakes were rather rare in my explorations. They were either pools or rather oceans. Lakes seem to be predetermined locations. There is Sonny Defalco's villa at a lake iirc and the smuggler dude on the island inside a lake. I say "lake" when I can see the opposite shore or terrain beyond - Ocean if it is endless horizon.I have no idea where this was. What makes that place so lovely? Those flying creatures look like biological fighter-bombers. I would assume they don't like the presence of humans. Or maybe they like, because humans are suitable prey for them.Lovely place. We came here to assassinate someone.I've been doing kill missions for the war criminal guy.

Well, it smells nice. And has a blue sky. And cute little birdies that are very friendly. Eat from your hand. Lovely. What makes that place so lovely? Think I've seen them, possibly on another planet. They won't attack and break easily. Essentially giant butterflies. Those flying creatures look like biological fighter-bombers.
Did you survive there? Do you remember how high level system that was?I found a planet that has T-Rex type dinos that are in constant battle with giant flying monsters. One group will mob a single critter and kill it.
