COMPLETED CG Appeal for Anti-Titan Weapon Materials (Trade)

I feel awkward that I hit top 25% with this one by AFKing in a station, occasionally looking at the game to pick up 10-30t worth of commodity, then tabbing out again. Total real time investment was about 6x shipping runs once I had my full 680t load, so maybe 2 hours engagement and a lot of idling.

Still, these +17% resistance reinforcements do seem like nice things to have. I will have to read up on how that actually works in combat 😸

Don't feel guilty, its actually a reality.
I did some missions but as some of the time i work from home i could just sit in a station loading up whilst plonking away at the laptop, i got top 10% easy.
Just think of it this way, when I'm not working from home I'm a part time truck driver, often i have to wait in a yard for hours if my load isn't ready, often its put on one pallet at a time as the stock is produced, then i head off to my destination, no difference really.

Well 2 pre-engineered HRPs aint to be sniffed at

Maybe a stupid question but;
I finished the cg in the top 50%, i am now at Clement station.
Where or how can i get the rewards?

any idea how to claim the module rewards?
You should find them in Outfitting at Clement Orbital, or if you have left there check your Stored Items from Outfitting at any station and you can have them transferred for 100 credits each. :)

If you get stuck like that try the landing gear method right away (raise/lower landing gear repeatedly until you get unstuck. If that doesn’t work after a few seconds just log out and log back in. Not worth continuing to try and get yourself unstuck and risk getting blown up.
Yeah, with using auto-takeoff it wasn't that easy. Normally I would have just logged out but this time I was on a timer when I tried and logged back in for a vain last attempt to free myself! :ROFLMAO:

No AFK here, I got all 2067 of my Neofabric Insulation by completing missions...landing me nicely in the top 50%...it was a busy 11 days...
Similar for me, just slightly behind you with 2013. 😁

Obviously that's the gameplay FDev likes. After several relogging CGs we now had an AFKing CG.
I mean, I do remember a CG that also had a Colonia component; I was only flying a Python, but the production in Colonia is so low that I again spent most of that sat on a pad waiting for stock. Easily be a couple of hours between flights.

It's not 100% a new thing, but I'm sad because it looks like the intent was "do missions, no advantage to big/small ships or high/low budgets" and it almost worked. If they went all in on mission rewards only, it would have been top rewards for the most dedicated - which imo is totally fine. I'd actually be interested to see where I could rank up on that with maybe 6-8 hours playtime.

Maybe it was an experiment, idk. If so, then there's good data to be had an a plan to be made for next time 😸

Don’t feel bad, after this many years and the way mechanics are implemented, you can definitely consider relogging to be the indended gameplay for ED. It covers everything from mat collecting to war zones.

Still getting 200 to 700 each visit.
Noticed that during UK office hours was getting this after 30 mins (to FC and wait/get snack/drink//coffee/...) instead of fast 10 min turnaround visit.
Guys I was getting this EVERY DAY in a T9, just either did something else or logged off, came back later and got 200 to 700.
Even if I just waited on the pad, I still kept getting refills of between 60 to 200 every 10 mins! (depending on peak or off peak time(UK office hours))

Delivered +20,000T (Top 10%) Ion Distributors from Levchenko Terminal in 65 kappa touri 148LY - it was even in the SPOILER: SUPPLY STATIONS list on page one!
I delivered just twice to Clement - 1 lot 8,000 and 1 of 12,000.
(OK sometimes it did drop to 20 to 60T on Saturday, but I had other things to do then than grind in ED for a few Tons).

Dead easy - I did other things in between doing this, like going to the pub, watching Netflix (other streaming channels are available) and having to go to work (yeuch) and not just grinding 20-30 T every 10 mins.

A very lacklustre reward... again...
I wish FDev would post the stats before I wasted hours and hours doing missions for Neofabric Insulation.
Why couldn't they have been better than what's already available like the class 4 and 6 pre-engineered FSDs from the Colonia Bridge CG or the class 5 & 6 corrosion-resistant cargo racks?
I feel cheated... again...
Not cool FDev...

Why call it a "Ram Tah High Capacity Heatsink Launcher" when it's the same as a Petra Olmanova High Capacity Heatsink Launcher?
Ram Tah was named as a key contributor in the narrative and so I was expecting something better, so sue me.

The CG was held in the bubble - if it was a Colonia CG, the rewards could reference a Colonia engineer

Well, i dont.
They were quite clear imo (ram tah heat sink = high capacity heat sink, and a pair of plain G5 engineered HRP)

Players hoping the rewards being more than actually FDev advertised and FOMO-ing over them... that entirely players' fault. 🙃
That's what I thought TBH. FD accurately described the CG rewards. Some players decided they weren't enough and something more must be meant. Then the rewards turned out to be as described.
