Interesting it is supposed to be a variant of an existing ship and is the Type 8 rather than a Type 7 or 9 with a suffix. I’m going to guess it is a Type 9 variant that sacrifices enough cargo space to trim the hull down to medium landing capability, making the Type 7‘s existence even more perplexing. Might as well add an ARX purchasable cargo insurance option as well.

A cargo ship that is better medium pad hauler than the multipurpose Python would be welcome. Also could be a Type-7 with slightly larger hardpoints, which would make it a better miner. Could be both. The only medium ship to with a size 7 optional internal, so it can fit that multi-limpet controller? I'd love that.

Yes please. T7 and T8 to fit on medium pads, and other medium ships that do not fit on medium pads should be fixed.

I'm not a fan of paying ARX for ships, but if Frontier made a Clipper that could retract its wings to land on a medium pad, called it the Clipper mkII ... I wouldn't be able to spend my ARX quick enough.
