After some years of hiatus I reinstalled E: D and I discovered this "Legacy": Legacy Elite Dangerous and Legacy Horizons.
I've searched around a bit to understand what's this all about and I made some sort of recap, but I kindly need someone who would eventually correct me if I got this thing wrong.
So, if I got it right, the "Legacy" version of the game is completely detached from the online version and a lot downgraded compared to the "Online" version.
So, if I got it right, whatever I do in "Legacy" version do not affect the "Online" version and viceversa: I can blow out all my ships and credits but the "Online" save will remain intact. And viceversa. Whatever I do online, it does not affect the "Legacy" version.
Hence, I can play the following modes:

- ONLINE
- ONLINE IN SOME GROUPS
- SOLO (alone but still connected to the official servers)
- LEGACY (totally offline, what happen in Legacy, remains in Legacy)
