Can you see the rebuy price of another commander's ship?
I've been planning on heading back to Colonia for some time. My second commander is moving out there, and my primary is just moving out into the black. All I needed was one of those 'tuit thingies (the round kind). I finally got one a few hours ago, and then this news dropped.

I do not, I just block people I find flying those ships before they are available to buy with common credits.
That zero rebuy for example gives you nice advantage. Unfair one.
Can I get zero rebuy ship with credits? Pre-engineered one?
Not at the moment but there have been zero rebuy ships that haven’t been bought besides the Sidewinder. At least that is what I remember from a few months ago.
I have 2 zero rebuy ships from the Christmas scavenger hunt a couple years ago. The courier I didn't even have the rank to own. I also got a free croissant at Starbucks two days ago with my coffee. I guess I'm just a criminal.
No, but you can get them with ARX earned in game..
I do have a zero rebuy courier and a vulture that I got from Winking Cat, I might have another one or two that I've forgotten about.
When credits are as ubiquitous as they are under the current matter (unless you do piracy and have your children go hungry every time you come across an empty or uninteresting hold), I'm not sure "zero rebuy" even qualifies much, especially not for most medium-sized ships where it's really not that expensive to rebuy to begin with.
... exploration is also not really something that you can start calling a feature where "pay to win" particularly applies. Once you go off the beaten track, it doesn't matter whether you have 30, 50 or 100 ly of jump range, you're going to come across unexplored systems just as much. I suppose it could matter a little bit for the fringes or high up/down on the galactic plane where stars are sparse (distance of course subject to region and proximity to galactic core). But I don't think most people routinely go for those areas, only the few dedicated to that specific task, while others might occasionally venture out further from the denser regions of the plane for interesting finds.

A long, long time ago, I think I wished for an Osprey in ED... Any other oldies can confirm I'm not mad to think this is a bit of that? Maybe with a dash of Kestrel?
