Don't forget Western and Pirate :p

Every park needs a pirates section or at least a pirate-ish ride :D Where is the love for Piraten im Batavia or Pirates of the Caribbean? :D

Tbh I borrowed from them both for fantasy stuff too, but are nice to build as themes in their own right. Doesn't have to be exactly the same pieces as before

Here are my personal favs for DLCs (including self created titles for the DLCs :giggle: )

1. Treasure Island - The Pirates DLC
2. Fantasy Kingdom - The Fairytales DLC
3. The Lost World - The Adventure DLC
4. The Wild Wild West - Build your western towns and lumberjack camps
5. Luna Park - The 'Vintage Carnival & Circus' DLC (rides n'stuff from the turn of the century)
6. The Old Funfair - The Retro Rides DLC (classic rides from the 1960s to the 1980s)
7. EURO Exhibition - England, Germany, France, Italy, Greece, Switzerland;
8. WORLD Exhibition - Mexico, India, China, Japan, Marocco, Russia;
9. Hollywood Studios - The movie set DLC
10. Build, Scare & Scream I: The Haunted Mansion and the Cemetery of the Undead
11. Build, Scare & Scream II: Count Vampula's Castle & Dr. Frankenhooker's Laboratory
12. Steam Punk City
13. Starship Orbitron - The Science Fiction DLC


Each DLC should include lots of scenery pieces, some animatronics and at least 2 (female/male) entertainers, 1 themed flatride (blueprint) and at least 1 themed coaster car.

How about a Jurassic DLC with dinosaurs and prehistoric animatronics?

I would also like to see the addition of a Hotel DLC with a few different building sets to create hotels and a Restaurant DLC - similar to restaurants in Planet Zoo. And we need a customisable gift shop as well 😄

^ i'de liek to see far more modular buildings like the gift shop myself. I picked up Planet Zoo recently and got a real kick out of building a shop that people would actually com into and use. I'de like to see the concept extended to all manner of other facilities so that they can have usable internals. It's a great idea that adds a lot more life to the park rather than the little boxes, just needs to be expanded a bit more.

Everyone is talking about themes and such. I would really like to see shows/theaters added. Give us a stage and then let us build around that. Either a building or amphitheater. Give us options like dance show, singing show, song and dance show, kids show, demonstration show, small animal show, etc....let us set the duration and frequency of the show. i.e. 30 min show, every 1 1/2hr 4 times a day atarting at 1pm....Something like that. Thoughts?

I would also like to see shows like in RCT i.e. Lion Tamer, Dolphin, Killer Whale, Stunt Diving thinks like that. These are kind of old school and don't really exist much anymore, but would like the option to build a retro park....Reply with your thoughts.

I think it's unlikely. 1. Because of competing with Planet Zoo and 2. Because of zoo being very careful to promote conservation of animals over entertainment. I assume Frontier would follow the same for Planet Coaster.

I do too, and it would be even better if they could incorporate the entertainers to do performances on the stage during certain times as well. I liked the stage in RCT3 with Kara Oki doing her shows. Musical acts on stage at the minimum I feel like are at every park with other types of shows also a thing. Amusement parks are about so much more than just the rides to be able to cater to as many people's interests as possible, including shows and the overall ambience with theming, etc. :)

I did a study and research paper in college about the past, present and future of theme parks. One of the most interesting outcomes was that with the Baby Boomers becoming of the retirement age, they would not go to theme parks as much for the Thrills, but would go with family (kids and grandkids) as long as the food and shows were good. Myself, being a thrill seeker, didn't even think of the generation gap. I just assumed that people go for the thrills. Then this year, visiting theme parks with some friends and the teenagers wanted to see shows and the young kids wanted to see the kids shows. I just never realized how much they play a part of the whole experience until recently. This has to get added. Maybe not to the base/vanilla version, but def. a DLC in the future.

I am the weird one: i actually want from the old dlc: vintage and world fair and this brings me to my idea:

Give us continent packs: Europe, with victorian buildings, renaissance streets and an alpine village
Asia: Japan, China, India all have iconic buildings
Australia: Here you could add some desert stuff (and animals that are venomous and kill everything on sight), also go a bit on a surfer theme.
Africa: ancient egypt, jungle adventure
North America: Frontier, Mexican and Mesoamerican
South America: Inca, frontier, amazon, maybe carribian pirates
Anatartica: Winter, Snow

And then I would love to order: one Steampunk DLC please
